DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO WARRANTY ON SHOES AND BOOTS. TLDR; PLG told me to go to a cobbler to repair their boots that didn't last a month. Shotty non-leather materials, horrible customer service, even worse shipping times. I've had these Chelsea Boots about 3 weeks. Already, the elastic is blowing out on the top. It took 3 years for the elastic to do this on my Blundstone boots. Here is a quote from PLG "Thanks for getting in touch! This sort of wear can be typical to see on the panel of Chelsea Boots, but shouldn't be of too much concern as the elastic is quite sturdy! Ultimately, this is not the sort of wear that we would cover under our warranty, but if you find the area particularly bothersome, we might suggest reaching out to a local cobbler or shoe repair specialist in your area to see if they can assist! These specialists typically have the expertise and tools at their disposal to assess concerns such as this, and may even be able to restitch or restore the area."

Ripoff company cost me $24 shipping charge to return a defective item! Never again!

Minus two starts for the condition my purchase was in - boots were not new, had wear and tear. Scuffed in the front of one boot, cracked on each side of another, dirt underneath on the sole. It was a Christmas gift and it took them 4 days to get back to me and the boots were sold out. Very disappointing. I am giving 3 stars because they did end up just refunding me without having to return the item, which was very convenient, and good customer service. I don't think I will trust the quality of this brand again but at least they were fair in the resolution.

I bought a black crossbody bag. It looks beautiful and appears well made. Smells like leather as it should. However, I wore the bag for first time on a trip to casino. At end of day, I discovered the black dye had rubbed off all over my light colored shirt. I looked like I had been working on a tractor! I have no idea if the dye will come out of shirt or if there is a way to prime the leather to stop the black dye from transferring to my clothing. So I won’t order anything else from this company.

BEWARE - if you want to return and purchase a different item, opt for a full refund. DO NOT GET STORE CREDIT. They appear to have a clever bait and switch tactic for returns; I'm guessing they do not offer direct exchanges specifically so that they can profit off this scheme. Here's how it works. First, their shoes are almost always on sale. Where a customer wants to return an item and purchase it in a different size or color, the customer must opt for "store credit" instead of an doing a direct exchange. The catch is that the company does not tell the customer that opting for "store credit" waives the customer's future ability to purchase the item at the sale price. In order words, having a digital store credit code invalidates the item's sale price, leaving the customer having to pay extra money to purchase the item in the new size or color. In short, the company profits by misleading their customers to opt for store credit, knowing those customers will end up having to pay extra when they try to purchase the product for the second time. I just emailed them about this. Unless they make it right, I plan to take legal steps against the company. This is misleading and illegal to say the least.

Why would I be "constructive? " This company has the worst customer servicevi have ever experienced. I would give zero stars as their ORDINARY product is not Wirth the unbelievable hassle I've had with getting through to customer service to begin with. Then shipping back the product for which I paid an extra $22. They Saud they wd reimburse me that didn't happen of course. I shipped it back and never got a "giftcard" had to email AGAIN . When THAT was finally figured out their crummy website did not accept the "gift card" number.. it goes on and on. Never again.

I purchased the small zip tight belt bag which seems fine and the mini daisy wallet. The wallet is worthless, it's too small to hold a single credit card or my driver's license. I knew it would be small and that was okay because the bag is small but what is it? It can't be used, I can pay for return or get a store credit which I don't want. I had high hopes, sadly disappointed.

I ordered a beautiful pair of shoes that according to their description runs true to size. I received the beautiful shoes and put my foot in and believe they were sized incorrectly or made incorrectly because the size that I’ve worn my entire life I couldn’t even put my foot into without excruciating pain! They refused to exchange the shoes that have never been worn saying it’s their policy to return give you a store credit and you can purchase again however, I purchased them on sale in the sale is no longer valid. So I feel like I’ve been duped and lied to, and I will never use this company again!
