I have an unauthorized purchase from this company on my card, they will not help me with it. Terrible customer service.

I placed an order 4/11/2026 for 2 bags and credit card was charged $361.50 . However, I cannot get any information regarding confirmation and shipping info despite several inquiries. APP finally gave me order number of 4664438 and stated order is in progress 3 days ago but still no shipping info and I have never received email confirmation of order. Only option I see left is to cancel order. I was looking forward to getting bags but will not order from this company again. I did receive the bags I ordered despite no shipping info and I loved the bags. I have ordered 6 more I like them so much, especially the variety of colors. Shipping info on subsequent bags has been better . First bag too me 12 days to get but the others I bought have always been received within 4-6 days.

Received my first two bags from Portland Leather today. Beautiful thick leather. They smell nice, feel durable, and I love the colors. I got the "medium" Almost Perfect Leather Tote Bag with Zipper in Coldbrew, and the "oversized" Naomi Shoulder Bag in Sea Glass. But I have to say - I'm really disappointed with the size. There is nothing "oversized" about the shoulder bag, and the photo of the "medium" zippered tote on the website was deceiving. I imagined using them for my weekend overnight trip, but they are really just purses that could fit a few items.

My daughter ordered the medium koala sling for me for my birthday. I told her I didn't realize that it was so small. So Portaland allowed us to send back and order the large one. Of course we had to pay upcharge for large size. Upon receiving the large sling, after a couple of days, I realized a lot of scuffs on the bag. We contacted Portland and they asked for pictures. I sent those and they said that was normal. I used to buy top grain leather, and that is not normal to have a bag that scuffs like it did. They would not take it back. So buyer beware. I would never buy anything from Portland leather. Poor business practices!!! Shame on you. My daughter is out the money she spent on this so called "Quality Leather "

I ordered a bag and did not hear augur a week or so, reached out to customer service and told it will be coming, shipping may be behind. Another week I got a refund and was told this bag was no longer available! Ridiculous

Currently waiting on a “review” of my situation to see if I will receive missing items, a refund or a giant screw you after failing to receive two items I purchased. Placed an order and only received a third of what I ordered. One purse and one small good are missing, even though the order says delivered. Provided pictures of the one box and purse I received and haven’t heard back. When I ask about estimated time to receive a resolution I’m ghosted. I’ve only been a Portland Leather Goods customer for about a year, but if this situation doesn’t end in me getting my goods or my money, PLG will lose a customer and gain a very vocal enemy. It would be extremely helpful if there was an actual number to call and talk to a live person. These emails back and forth do not adequately convey the level of annoyance I feel waiting for them to right a wrong I did not commit.

April 3, 26 I ordered an "Almost Perfect" Slouchy purse and matching Mini Wallet. I received the purse, it is great. My problem? I have NOT received the Mini Wallet-I have emailed, sent pictures of the shipping box, and when I was told by Skylar @ Portland Leather the exact time my wallet was delivered, I sent a Ring video of the exact time and date showing nothing was delivered to my house. I have provided Portland Leather ample proof I have not received the wallet. I cannot find a customer service telephone number. I am very disappointed. Order # 4621470

I've ordered several bags from PLG over the years. The quality has been decent, but not high end. I understand what I'm getting into when ordering from PLG. Recently, I ordered a smooth (firm) black leather "Sally Sling Bag." When I opened up the box, I felt like I was being punked. Not only was the bag misshapen, it appeared to be constructed with pleather. The inside felt like fake suede and the outside barely had any markings of a true hide. I exchanged it for another bag and I hope that one is better, but this is my last purchase from this company.
