Clothes were not what I expect and…
Clothes were not what I expect and costumer service sucks, I ask for a return and got lots of email about shopping again but no response for my return or exchange !!

Their sizing is extremely inconsistent
Their sizing is extremely inconsistent. I requested a return and after 3 weeks never heard back from them. I had to file a chargeback with my bank. Update: you did not send an email with details on how to return. What you sent was an email telling to do something I’ve already done had I provided the email confirmation which shows I followed the proper steps. You are sending me around in circles and you only replied to my email after I wrote this review. Your customer service is awful. Your returns process is even worse.

I haven’t received the dress and nobody…
I haven’t received the dress and nobody can even tell me an estimated shipping time. By the time I get the dress it will likely be too late for the event.

The picture of the jacket I purchased has a button. The jacket that arrived has no button or button hole.
