PortatechReviews of portatech.com

I have ordered many items, including computer motherboards and related parts over the Internet. Portatech was one of the easiest I have encountered. After my initial choice of a CPU and motherboard, I was able to see and then choose what I wanted to add to it. The check out was effortless, especially using Paypal. I felt the of Portatech price was quite competitive. This was my first order from them

Cheapest company according to Price Watch, they set me up with some good quality equipment. I ordered a $1,500+ custom build gaming machine and the parts worked well for their value. I get great frame rates and great response from the unit. It's nice and quiet too. Also adding a few extra parts of my own to allow more usb's. One drawback was that the cooling package was to have a cpu liquid cooled fan construct and two extra fans: only got one extra fan, I care little for this as a quick order from Amazon.com hooked me up with 2 blue LED cooling fans. Had to rewire the case myself to better the airflow a bit, but doing these part installations added my own fun to it knowing I was making a system I could call my own. Overall, my system is perfect now and would recommend this company for any first time builder to have a custom built rig drawn up, tested, and sent to them.

Compared motherboards/ memory with various sata and pci slots. Prices were in my bracket. [We all want something for as little as possible].

This is my 4th computer purchase from Portatech. Great experience.

I spent a lot of time researching upgrade options within a specific budget. I was ready to order individual components from various re-sellers. After many unsuccessful hours researching, I found Portatech.com and was able to get everything I was looking for from one place and within budget. I will definitely come back here first for any of my future needs.

Easy point and click ordering. Was able to build my own customized system and all I had to do was read the descriptions and click on the items. I had planned on buying everything piece by piece and assembling it myself, but after noticing a few ideas that would better my system for my needs, i decided to buy through the site. literally took me 20 minutes to pick my perfect system! Would recommend for computer savvy and non-savvy users the same!

The ordering process went very well. I'm impressed.
