PortatechReviews of portatech.com

Excellent website layout, very easy to find and select what i needed. Decent prices with exceptional products.

Called in and got great help on the rig I needed.

Easy to use, intuitive menus for selecting options. I liked the pop-ups with extra info when clicked

Just ordered a new barebones system from Portatech. I called them with a few questions about hardware. I wanted to be sure I matched up the hardware properly (i.e.) did I need to upgrade the power supply, etc. They also answered my question about transferring my operating system and files from my old system to the new one. The phone was answered promptly, and no robo answering system. I talked to a live person! She answered some of my questions and transferred me to a technician to answer my technical questions. The website is easy to navigate and select options. The only complaint is that I was not able to go back from checkout to edit my order. I basically had to start over, then remove my previous order selection since it was added to my new order. Inconvenient, but was able to work through it. Anyway, great options and ordering support. Can't wait to get my new system.

This is the first time that we used this website but have spoken with others that have used it and they have had amazing experience. The website is really comprehensive and easy to maneuver. Can't wait for my dream pc to get here!!

The order process was good except I would having trouble finding the part where I want to order more than 1 and finally found it on the next page.

It was easy to build online and better than doing it myself because I would be to nervous to try and build it myself. I heard about your website from my friends. It came highly recommended. So, I came to the experts and I wasn't disappointed with the outcome of my online experience. I can't wait to receive my new computer!

I haven't received my product yet but this review is based on the website's ease of use. It's simple and easy to navigate without all the clutter that other pc building websites have. Straight to the point, pick and choose what you want, and keep it moving. Great pricing as well. Edit: I've received my product promptly and in great condition. Only mishap was one of the ram sticks were not installed properly and it came loose during transit. I contacted customer support via email about the issue and they responded immediately. After installing everything, the computer works flawlessly with no issues regarding the ram sticks. Will definitely be making my future pc purchases with this company. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants simple and clean pc building and great prices.
