Ordering the PC was quick and easy. I do not have it yet so I don't know if it works great out of the box, but I expect it too. The tech and sales folks have been very easy to work with and quite helpful.

Found what I wanted at a good price. Shipping and handling a bit steep bu overall price still competitive.

A very good source to get powerful motherboards!

This is the second custom PC configuration that I have purchased from them. They do a great job of manufacturing the exact PC that you need and shipping it in a prompt manner.

I am absolutely blown away by the service from portatech.com!! I was very skeptical due to the look of the website and the amazingly low prices. I am on a tight budget so I decides it was was worth a shot. It was super easy to build a motherboard cpu combo online. I also added a better fan and ram. All this was ordered on a Wednesday,and showed up Tuesday! Everything was nicely packed and works perfectly! Awesome communication too!

Coming Back for More I've purchased four high-end Intel boxes from Portatech over the past two years. One arrived damaged, and tech support helped sort out my issues relatively quickly. I didn't want to send the damaged box back to them, as the time to box it back up and wait for a replacement would simply cost everyone involved more money. They offered a discount on my next box. I'm now buying the next box, a year later and exited to feel the power. Tech support responses are not very fast. Luckily, I don't have to deal with their support personnel much. The products are SUPER and the online system configurator is simple to use. I prefer the online Portatech configurator over the competitors.
