It is so easy to use, takes mere seconds a week - and some weeks no seconds. They are always so professional and clear in communicating about TAXES! Incorporating my nanny tax docs into my taxes with their year end guidance is so streamlined and simple. It's not easy to use taxes and simple in the same sentence.

You’re connected with real people almost immediately, and they’re not only knowledgeable about such niche taxes for different states and even cities/counties but they're genuinely kind! The signup process was straightforward, and the Poppins folks are very supportive throughout which makes it nice to not feel like you’re bothering them when you have questions. I also appreciate that my nanny can easily access pay stubs and tax documents through the platform, which makes things more transparent and convenient for both of us.
