Why can’t all companies offer this level of service.
I have never experienced such good customer service from any online company. I modified my image three times and each time the changes were made quickly and as I indicated. There was an issue with the original photo -the orientation was too wide. I sent another photo that was the right orientation but needed some editing. I asked for someone to call me to explain exactly what I wanted. I was amazed and delighted when Lucy called me within 5 mins. She was very helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with the final picture.
