Love the product! Plenty of communication from ordering to shipping. Products always come quickly in some fancy boxes. I love my boxes. Product make life so much better. Our sh** doesn't stink anymore. Poo-Pourri was bought as a joke by my brother-in-law. That was 5 years ago. We would not be without it today. Not only does it work but the scents smell good enough for a house spray.
