This stuff is pure trash now... Completely watered down, it's not as strong or effective like it once was. The Royal Flush is my all time favorite and you can barely smell it. And also the springs Pop way too easy while using. They need to go back to the old ways of making it. Because I refuse to spend money on water I can not drink.

Good product but poor order fulfillment and delivery. Ordered 4 bottles 3 weeks ago in Canada, and have not received a shipping confirmation yet; order is still being processed. No toll-free number to call, their last facebook post was 2 years ago and looks inactive. The only customer service they offer is their head office in Texas. Definitely not a reliable company to order from.

I like how it works , but I've never had a bottle when the sprayer worked through even half of the bottle. It's very discouraging!! Especially considering the cost

The product I have received are good. However, they messed up an order of mine and told me I had a refund coming to me. Which it has not. I called customer support and she said they issued a refund and id have to talk to my bank. So they have no responsibility for anything and don't care. She basically just brushed me out. Customer service could use a lot of help. But product was nice If you can buy in store instead of online.

Shipment was supposed to take 5-7 business days. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and have not received anything (a free promo so at least I’m not out money.) I will update if I receive my shipment

I never received my package. I had a mix up with my address and I got a response saying that it would be fixed but it never came.
