5 Stars all the way!!! But.............
5 Stars all the way!!! I Love the products! But Here's the hard part... There was a loss of communication & my order. So only 3 stars this time! It took me 3 phone calls to get/receive my order "AFTER" waiting 4 weeks for my order to finally arrive!!! My order was lost in mid-transit, via USPS, I understand these kinds of things happen, it's a normal thing to have a package go missing from time to time in the postal system! But the thing that got me was, the treatment I got when I phoned The Poo~Pourri Company (main office) down in Texas. The first 2 phone calls I made, I wound up feeling like I was "bothering" somebody on their lunch break, that's not very professional at all, on the company's part! So, a BIG NO NO on poo~pourri's part for that. Shame on you Poo~Pourri! After 4 weeks of waiting in the "dark" I made a 3rd phone call to the main office, I was greeted by a young man who actually took the time to help me and locate/find-out what happened with my order! And he wasn't ARROGANT sounding on the phone towards me!!! He's a "KEEPER" poo~pourri, are you reading this? I hope so!!!
