Poo~Pourri essential oils 5 stars. Poo~Pourri Auto dispenser 1star - didn't work Online Customer Service: zero. Horrible. If you want anything done you have to call, nobody responds to emails for returns or status. Very disappointed. I also follow the instructions, was told to return the auto dispenser and have yet to receive a new one. No confirmation on receipt of the broken one...nothing. I have never experienced such neglect from a brand of such caliber. The branding is genius though so they have work to do.

My Lavender vanilla I ordered smells more like lemons. Doesn’t smell good to me. ☹️
