I did not receive it! 🙁

I had no problem with ordering, and the product itself is fine. However, I wanted to exchange a couple of items, so I emailed them with a question about shipping. It has been over a week, and no one has contacted me. Most companies reply within 48 hours, so this amount of time is unacceptable. Customer service is key to repeat customers, and that's why I docked them two stars.

Ok don't get me wrong, I love Poo~Pourri and their products. I just wanted to say that I'm outraged by their and I quote, "free samples". Yes their price is 0$ But why pay for shipping and handling?! It`s insane! and what's ironic is their supposed to be free. I think that as the customer, I shouldn't have to pay 4 bucks for shipping and handling for a free sample. Outrageous!

It works!! No need to stress when u need to poop, carry it in my purse everywhere I go, Love it!

Great product -- simply put. It does what it says it will do-do.

I've been buying Poo~Pourri for almost 3 years now. I love the scents of their products. It works great; only a couple sprays in the toilet before doing your business, and no stinky smell. Only a nice fragrance is left behind. The scent lasts a long time which is very nice. My 2 favorite scents are the Lavender vanilla and the Vanilla Mint. The seasonal ones are great too!
