Valued toilet spray C.
The automatic sprayer doesn’t work. :( how do I get a replacement or refund? I bought two one as a gift (broken one) and one for myself when company comes over but I’m afraid mine may be defective too and don’t want to wait to find out in case it is and it needs to be exchanged.

Packaging was poor. My large 16 oz bottle of lemon scent leaked in the box and was 1/3 empty Disappointed ☹️

I just love this stuff. Have the assistant, 1 for each toilet, and think they are wonderful. Had to contact customer service, as one of our devices stem was broke. A quick picture, and quick response from customer service, and my new assistant was in the mail!! Highly recommend!
