Nice variety of scents that really work!

This is the best product I (Family & Friends) have used for bathroom odor. Having IBS since childhood I have used many products. This is the best product and the scent(s) are fabulous. I do have a little trick I use when the bathroom does not have a vent fan. Once you have finish flushing, place a sheet of bathroom tissue in the bowl - spray 3 to 4 time and level it. The oils will fill the room with the great scent. Have given this product to many family and friend as gifts - they also love it.

Poo-Pourri is the best product on the market and one that I never leave home, or go to the bathroom, without. I purchase the large bottle and then refill my smaller carriers so that I am sure to have some with me at all times. Now that I am getting older, I find myself experiencing IBS more frequently, however, I no longer have to worry about using the ladies' room in public anymore because poo-pourri prevents anyone from knowing that I have a problem.

The length of time to resolve the issue I had with the Assistant I purchased was really L O N G. It would have been helpful to have an update on the status of the return, and also its replacement. I had to chase things down every time I began to wonder what was going on with my return. The website CHAT option didn't forward the messages I had left to customer service - interface is weak there. And while, granted, all this took place after the holidays and the volume of customers to deal with was high, there's a lot of room for improvement in Customer Service.

Love this stuff so much I purchased all my family members some for Xmas and for some friends I have it at home and our place of business and it works awesome!

Poor experience overall. Purchased from the website then found the same items at Marshall’s/Burlington for literally half the price. Also purchased two of “The Assistant”. I think it’s a great concept but needs work. One didn’t work at all. The second one worked for about 6 days then stopped working. Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t purchase from the website again.
