I bought 2 products and I came broken

Came well packaged. Nice scent & very pleasant. I especially like the spray for the shoes. Great idea. Some of the scents work better than others. Appreciate the fact most bottles are refillable. Makes for much less waste.

I find it hard to spray Poo-Pourri into the toilet bowl. A couple sprays and it's done. Having to hold it sideways makes it hard to spray. Also when I take the cap off the container seems to have leaked and I get liquid all over my hand. When it works it's good. I did order 2-3 containers in a pack. Unless the containers are changed to work better I don't think I'll reorder in the future. Ellen Westrich

While this product mostly works (doesn't take away all the poo smell), the smell the product leaves behind is very artificial. Wasn't a big fan.

Everything works well, plus they sent a Shoe-Pourri sample! Awesome!
