Customer service is the best! Poo Pourri works great. I put it to the test through my family. Instead of our bathroom smelling like a house of horrors after certain family members bathroom visits, our bathroom is left with nothing but the ambiance of a citrus smell or lavender. It's great! Two thumbs up.

I have used this product when visiting family/friends homes. The cost was a bit out of my budget (senior/fixed income) so I was pleased that I could afford the special with free items included. I wish that there was a larger selection in the scents included in the offer. I don't care for the citrus scent, but love the Vanilla and the Lavender. I think that Jasmine, Honeysuckle and Patchouli would be a nice addition.
