I'm pretty lucky, my little 12 pound Morkey goes outside when I take her outside. But, first thing in the morning before I am dressed and when I am working, she uses PooPeePads. They are so easy to fold up and dispose of, plus you cannot beat the price. Also, love having a big supply on hand so no worries about running out.
