On the whole I'm pleased with the product. I do find that the quilted pads that are advertised to be good enough for an 80# dog would never accommodate a dog that size. One of my beagles is about all it will accommodate ONE time without changing pads. The dog is roughly 26 pounds so the pads are not performing as "advertised". For the most part their service has been great - I typically order a box of 150 pads early in the morning when I get paid, and often receive the pads the following day, although the past 2 months it's taken much longer and I've had to call about delivery., since I can't track them as I can other shipments. It's the best I've found for the money - and overall products and service are "good", but not "excellent".

I have two medium size dogs that are paper trained. We go thru lots of pads. I buy the deluxe but there are times the plastic under the pads gets wet from the pee seeping threw. It causes extra work to have to wash down the floor each time. They could be a little more absorbent.

Good products - well crafted and hold up with 3 pets. works exactly as indicated on the website.

just writing in regards to my last order received as the pads are sticking together causing them to pull apart or ripping and being unable to use. I love your company and never ever had a problem with the pads, however I'm on a fixed income and really can't afford to throw out so many pads do to the tearing. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter

The product has changed to where when it comes to me the folding of the end doesn't seem to stay up as good when in the bottom tray. Customer service, time frame all good.

I love these pads . They are very reliable. This is the only site I'll buy these pads since they are the best ones out there. The service is also very fast.

We are happy to have these pads for our homebound Papillon. We get the box of 300 for $39.99 which I think is the deluxe pad and it lasts about three months. Our only complaint is that sometimes they are so crammed into the box that at least 20 or 30 pads are smashed and crumpled and look weird when we lay them out for our dog. I like nice flat pads not bent, crumpled ones. They are very absorbent and affordable.
