I have been a customer for a few years now. I appreciate how quickly my orders always ship (sometimes same day). The only suggestion I have is a more user friendly website - having the ability to create an account, login in, save payment type, see past orders, one click reorder would be nice. Other than that, so have no complaints.

My experience with Poopee pads has been great. They are promp with their free shipping deliveries, and their pads are the highest quality. I have never been disapointed. They answer their phone if you have problems or questions, and are very helpful. I know I can count on them every time. I have ran low on pads and have had to purchase them at pet stores until my order comes in, and there is no comparison to PooPeePads quality. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

POOPEE PADS HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT EXCEPT THS LAST BOX. I AM NOT COMPLAING AS THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM. THIS IS A LITTLE PROBLEN I WOUDN'T EVEN MENTION THIS IF IT WASN'T FOR THIS REVIEW. MOST OF THE PADS HAD ONE CORNER FOLDED. DOWN . IWOULD SHAKE IT OUT TO MAKE IT STAY FLAT. A FEW OF THE PADS WERE NOT SEWN TO GETHER AND SOME OF THE FILLING CAME OUT. IT WAS NO BIG DEAL THE MACHINE WAS A LITTLE OFF. THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT PEOPLE .I LOVE THIS PLACE 111111
