I am able to purchase the same product at Costco for 70% less than PooPeePads. I feel I have been overpaying all my purchases

I have been very disappointed over the quality of the last two orders received. I am looking for a possible replacement due only to this fact. Your services have been outstanding.

The pads I buy size 23" x 36" ---- the moisture goes thru the pads and plastic onto the floor below.. It would be a wonderful pad if the plastic would be --so the moisture did not go on the floor.. They are the quilted ones.

We buy the premium the best they have. It says for a hundred pound dog. I dog is 15 pounds and we have to change the pads 3-4 times a day. But still better than store bought ones

The wee pads aren't the best that's out there but they do the job. Can't beat the price. The "satisfaction guarantee" is a joke as it costs at least a third of the price of the original order to return -- making it an unrealistic option. They fail to tell you that ahead of time and I found that out the hard way when I accidentally ordered the economy pads instead of the deluxe. I'm still stuck with 900 pads (I normally order 3 boxes at a time) that are simply unusable in my own personal scenario, and bear in mind, I own a chihuahua. All things considered, I keep coming back.

The first order we placed, we received a great product and went back to reorder. The second order, we got sub-quality pads that were packaged horribly and some were ripped up when we got them. We didn't want to risk not knowing if we'd get the high quality we did the first time or the poor quality the second, so we haven't placed a third order.
