Hey EJ, Thanks for reaching out and for freely express your concern. We apologize for the slow or long delivery, it could be that the item(s) you ordered are out of stock in your nearest warehouse-like the US or in Europe and it was shipped from our main warehouse in Asia. But it's good to hear that you already got your package. Sorry as we have no control over the shipping companies especially if they encounter issues along the way that causes a delay. As I checked our records, it shows that one of our support agents already taking care of your concern and he replied to your last email. Sorry to say that we are not a big company like Amazon and Walmart to offer you a good return policy, we are a start-up company but working our hardest to make sure that it will satisfy the needs of our customers when it comes to products, services, and policies that will not be a downside for us. By the way, our products come with 1 year of warranty along with free technical support. If you have further questions don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly customer support team at [email protected], we love to help!
