These little printers are so handy. They're really easy to use, as they can just be connected to your phone and printed using the app.
It's a shame these only come in black and white at the moment and would hope a colour printer is in the works as I would definyr buy.
Nonetheless I would still recommend as it is super handy and great for scrapbooks or memory books.

Hi!
Thank you for your feedback!
We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience at our restaurant, but it’s great to know that we are on the right track.
Our PoooliPrinter™ cannot print in colors. However our PoooliPrinter™ are inkless and supports black color printing on any thermal paper rolls! They can also print pink/blue on our PoooliPaper™ Pink/Blue Prints paper rolls. We also offer many different types of paper rolls available such as colored paper, transparent paper, sticky paper…

Unfortunately I am very disappointed…
Unfortunately I am very disappointed with my experience using this printer. The first red flag is that they do not allow returns/refunds even within days of the customer using the product.
I was super excited about this printer but it did not meet my expectations at all. the paper feels similar to a receipt and though I bought the higher quality (aka more expensive printer), the pictures turn out low quality--even for professional, high quality pictures.
I contacted the Poooli team about being refunded and they refused my request and were quite unsympathetic. You live and learn, but I would look at other pocket printers for sure.
***Poooli has replied many times to this review offering a 25% of my money back. I understand that the product must be sealed to be returned and there is absolutely a chance that I missed in it the fine print, but that is the issue--its in the fine print. Its stated nowhere obviously. The company may have no intention to be tricky in not overtly stating their return policy, however it does feel that way. I am just overall disappointed with the product point blank.

Dear Catherine,
Thank you for posting a review and we’re sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. We would like the opportunity to talk and investigate your feedback further.
We do allow returns and refunds however, to be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all original accessories to be accepted.
PoooliPrinter™ is a thermal printer therefore, the compatible paper for the printer is thermal paper (Similar to a paper receipt). We can understand where you are coming from if this item does not meet your hopes but this is a thermal printer and the results you are getting align with what is stated on our website: the L2/XL models can print at 300 dpi versus 200 dpi for the L1 model (which is lower quality). Unfortunately, since you already opened/used your product, you do not qualify for a return.
Also, we will be providing you a gesture of goodwill. Simply reply to the agent that will contact you regarding this issue.
We at Poooliprint pride ourselves on our (Products and Services) and the high-quality standards we maintain. We would like to make things right. We want to make this right because we value your business.

This is an inkless Poooli pocket…
This is an inkless Poooli pocket printer and it's great for creating labels, notes and to-do lists. You can also print photos, however only in black and white. Today I printed the animals for my daughter to know and learn their names. We will grow up and learn with @poooli.print . All you have to do is download the app, connect the printer to your phone via bluetooth and get creative.
