Love 💕 my Poooli Printer it has been used for so much around the house. Labels, journals, letters and cards. I just never get bored with how much I can do with it.

L2 photo prints on both Poooli regular thermal and Poooli photo paper, are poor quality. There is no difference of outcome between the two papers, and the results are not even close to what’s shown in the advertisement. I’m disappointed as I was looking forward to this product and it’s options. Bought (3) L2’s, returns already started. :(

Still waiting on a response to receive an RMA number in order to return the printer. I emailed within the 30 day period and have not opened the Poooli printer from its original mailing packaging. No other company seems to have trouble responding to the email address I am using. Poooli already responded once to inquire if the printer had been used or unsealed, and I responded directly to that email three times. If there is something wrong with Poooli's experience with the email address I am using, that's still on them, for as previously stated, no other company seems to have an issue with my email address. Poooli also has zero issue using my email when it comes to the 100s of promotional emails they send to the same address. Based on the other reviews, and the surprising speed with which Poooli seems to be able to respond to negative reviews but not emails, I am quite sure Poooli is a scam and will be reporting to the FTC. I will be requesting a refund from my bank instead and have no desire to further converse with Poooli. Looking forward to their computer automated response below. (Update: their computer response makes no mention of returns…..like I said, SCAM.)

I love my Poooliprint XL! It’s perfect for making labels or printing out designs or pictures for my bullet journal. It’s also perfect for making personalized gift tags too. I love how you can use different sizes of the paper rolls. My favorite paper rolls are the silver and gold sparkle!
