I ordered the Poooliprint and multiple types of paper several months ago, possibly the end of March. I have since ordered more paper because I love having (hoarding) supplies. I’ve honestly been very happy with my printer as well as with the app and paper products. Since I grocery shop at multiple stores now, I organize and print out little lists for myself. I leave tiny notes for my fiancé in his lunchbox and sometimes for my teenage son. They both get a kick out of them and I can easily color them in with sharpie markers. But the best use so far was to print out all the addresses for our wedding invitations and RSVP envelopes. I used the sparkly silver paper and honestly, even my fiancé was impressed with the quality of each sticker. The thought of addressing each envelope by hand was a source of great anxiety for me so having this option made the task much easier and MUCH neater. I do periodically print out pictures as well and by playing around with the different settings within the app, I’ve gotten some good quality images from a little black and white printer. It does take about a month for my orders to arrive, because they are originating from Asia. I was a bit disappointed to find that out. But overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience with Poooli.

I really loved my Poooliprint. It works perfectly and I love the quality of the images. I liked that I received it a couple of days before the estimated date. Surely recommended.

I'm the owner of two Poooliprint models. The XL and the A4 model. The XL is a great piece of kit, solidly built and with a print resolution that is great for shipping labels, to do lists and a multitude of things that crop up in your day to day life. I have found that the quality of the paper (certainly the white sticky variety), can vary from time to time, but in general it's always been acceptable. The support can be a bit iffy though, my XL was still in warranty when the USB-C port failed and the number of hoops support asked me to jump through led me to repair it myself as I was losing the will to live. I suspect I was just unlucky with my unit as they are well built. On to the the Poooli A4, I've had that over a year and to be honest, I'd more or less written it off. The print quality was dire and the support team's only suggestion after asking me to jump through their usual diagnostic hoops was to go back to the seller which I did, and the replacement was just as bad. A bit of research shows the A4 is from the same stable as the HPRT M800 and there is a lot of noise around the print quality of that unit too. The A4 uses a thermal transfer ribbon and isn't a thermal printer in the same way as the smaller models. Long story short, you can get a decent print from the A4 model but not on standard paper. Invest in some 120gsm glossy paper and it can turn out some pretty credible prints! Not sure why support didn't advise trying this but if you've got an A4 and aren't happy with it's print quality, this appears to be the way forward. Finally, when it comes to consumables, shop around as Poooli branded paper is available from Amazon and other vendors at a fraction of the cost even when taking into account the discounts that Poooli tempt us with to buy direct from their website. Great printers, so-so support, shop around for paper.

The quality wasn't there in personal pictures, only in the basic prints given. Very hard to tare off once printed. Yes the size is perfect but print quality isn't as good as advertised :/

The cute little printer is very easy to set up and worked perfectly right away. The images are surprisingly clear. Remember this is printing in a very small format and grey scale - simple images work better.
