Purchasing a multi-needle EOX machine is very intimidating, so you are hoping the support will be good. It has been GREAT! Anytime I need help, I reach out and I immediately received a video or explanation on how to fix the problem I was having. I am very satisfied with my machine and I am excited for the future!

I’ve loved my machine thus far! The support team has been very responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. If I ran into a problem, they walked me through fixing it. Even further, they checked in periodically to make sure the machine was operating smoothly.

I’ve had my machine for a week now. No regrets! Shipping and delivery was quick, the machine was pretty easy to get set up, and I have loved having it so far. Only thing I would change is not getting it sooner! I have had a couple of questions that were answered quickly by peers or Poolin reps.

It was a learning curve at first I got the poolin EOV for the price point its the best and cheapest Industrial style embroidery machine. Only $4700 and Definitely need time and patience. The online support team is usually online after 6pm right when I get off work and I usually had like 101 questions. Im not a thrusting person but the definitely won my trust they took there time so did i and i looking forward to buying the Bia Vision one day. The machines are fantastic for starting off and learning.
