I love my EOM Poolin! I have had so many compliments. I have only had to ask for help a couple times due to the fact technology is not my true calling. EVERY ONE at the help desk are extremely patient and 💯 supportive and have helped me get through my problem. And I might add that the friends who thought I was crazy for buying it have one on there way to them as well! Thank you Poolin and for having a great service team! Sue

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Very fast response on WhatsApp and very helpful/ knowledgeable. They even sent me pictures without asking showing what I needed to fix. Thankful and happy.

I had a couple startup problems, mainly updating the current machine. Poolin technical staff has been absolutely excellent and worked tirelessly with me. I don’t believe I’ve ever run into better Customer support than I have with this Poolin machine

I am extremely satisfied with my Poolin 15-needle embroidery machine! I absolutely love the finished results, and the machine has exceeded my expectations. The quality of the embroidery is beautiful, and I’m so happy with what I’ve been able to create. One of my favorite things about Poolin is their technical support. They are so easy to reach, and whenever I have a question or need help, I get a response quickly with clear and helpful answers. It’s such a relief knowing that I have support when I need it, especially as I continue learning and growing with my machine. I’m truly in love with my machine and the results I’m getting.
