Poolheatpumps.comReviews of poolheatpumps.com

Purchase of the Gulfstream 140,000 BTU pool heat pump was especially easy due to the attention and advice provided by Asa Strong. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and received the heater on the following Tuesday. Took some time to get scheduled with our installer and to get the electrical service installed, but finally got the heater operating this week. Very impressed with how quickly the heater raised the pool temperature from 74 to 83 degrees. Asa was also prompt responding to questions I had (twice). Highly recommend purchasing from Poolheatpumps.com

We had a great experience! Easy and timely communication, fast shipping!

Nice unit, quiet and didn’t pull as many amps as I expected. Overall very satisfied.

I had to replace my 12 year old heat pump and eventually decided on the AquaCal Tropical 115 Heat Pump. I haven't installed the unit yet but I am hoping (from all of the great reviews) that it will work as expected. Both my shopping, shipping and delivery service was top-notch -- excellent customer service on both sides.

ASA Strong and team are super awesome! We are delighted with how well the HE125 heats our pool. It’s been on since March 20 2021 heating the water to 88 F during temps low as 48F. I have already referred a neighbor to your company. Regards, Mark Stalfort Wilmington NC

Did everything they said they would do and on time!! Can you imagine that makes them stand out in today's market!

Very happy with the service, value, & shipping. I felt comforted when the salesperson told me that if the carton was damaged in any way, to reject it and they would ship out another unit right away. I bought a Gulfstream HE 150 and I am very happy with it. May 3rd in Massachusetts, and we have been using our pool for 2 weeks! we usually don't start using it until June.

Very professional group of employees. delivery teams exceptional and everything was handled first rate and priced reasonably for my needs.
