Great service!
The service I received during the online ordering process was outstanding! Every question was answered quickly and honestly. My heat pump was shipped expertly. Everything was well packed and arrived quickly. The unit is now hooked up, but the weather hasn’t been cool enough to really test it out yet. I look forward to to the cooler late summer and fall nights when we can really reap the benefits. Overall, this was one of the best online purchasing experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

Excellent service
Very good service. Emailed an inquiry and received a very quick response. Spoke to the owner that day, ordered a unit on a Monday, it was shipped promptly to a local delivery service that if I wanted, I would have had it in my garage the following Monday. I chose to have it delivered a few days later and they were extremely cooperative. The unit I ordered is a updated replacement for a 12 year old unit of the same model and works very well. This was a smooth process for a senior lady who was by her self at the time.

Bought a 140btu Gulfstream and it has worked wonderfully for us ,we have had it a almost 2 months and no problems so far.We have had the pool temp at 92f with this pump and our monthly cost has been cut in half, very efficient compared to gas units we have used the past 20 years. We had concerns that the heat pump wouldn't heat our 16f by 32ft pool but it has done the job. The folks at Gulfstream were helpful from the start and the owner operator of Pool heat pumps was very helpful and knowledgeable, so time will tell if it holds up ?
