Excellent, great company
The pool equipment industry took a hard hit with the freeze in Texas. I needed a pool heater, and poolheatpumps.com had just what I needed. They're shipping was fast, excellent, the product came undamaged. When installed, the heat pump function flawlessly. I couldn't be happier, and in the unlikely event that I need another heat pump, I will definitely reach out again. Asa did a fantastic job for me. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me every step of the way.

I searched high and low...
I searched high and low to find this AquaCal pool heater , as I had AquaCal heater at my last house for 12 years and it never gave me an ounce of trouble. Everyone I talked to said 8-12 weeks backorder. I got the heater delivered to my door in 4 days. these guys are great - prompt, courteous, their follow through was great - I would not hesitate to buy again.

Great customer service and fast delivery
Asa was extremely helpful in helping me to purchase the correct heat pump for my pool. I have a fiberglass pool and had previously gone through 3 heat exchangers using a propane pool heater. I did a lot of research and found out that heat pumps use a titanium heat exchanger which is much less susceptible to corrosion. I purchased the Gulfstream HE125RA model. It heats my pool which is around 7,000 gallons in about 5 hours, usually raising the temperature over 20 degrees over that time period. It is quiet and efficient, and easy to operate. Now I just hope the heat exchanger lasts!!
