Poolheatpumps.comReviews of poolheatpumps.com

Fast, Efficient and Affordable. I would recommend this company.

Asa, at poolheatpumps.com, is a rare find in retail today. Not only did he spend a LOT of time on the phone with me helping me to understand the pros and cons of heat pumps and how to choose the right one. But even after the sale was concluded and I had my product (probably 6 weeks later) he gladly took my call when I had questions about the installation, location, etc. He was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel ignorant…although that is exactly what I was! My encounter with him, alone, is what sold me on purchasing my heat pump from him. And I feel confident that he stands behind his products and guarantees. I will certainly look to him in the future should I ever need something else. Do not go anywhere else. Asa is the man you want to work with. Can’t thank him enough for all the time, patience, and effort he put into this sale. Gena Henry Bellefonte, PA

Amazing customer service! Equipment recommended works great, shipped and received very quick with no issues.

After ordering with another vendor, waiting 4 months and then finding out it was still on back order we went looking. Happened upon poolheatpumps.com. Nobody else had heat pumps, “supply chain issues”. Their sizing tool was simple and helpful. Asa went over the info with us, gave us options, and a great price! We ordered a couple days later and the unit arrived 7-10 days later. Excellent communication from shipper and poolheatpumps.com all the way through. Highly recommend.

So glad I came onto PoolHeatpumps.com site. I spoke with Asa and he was more than knowledgeable with the electrical requirements of a Gulfstream HE110RA Pool Heat Pump 115,000 BTU. I was looking to replace a older existing HP and use the existing 40 amp setup. Delivery was spot on with tilt/drop indicators on exterior packaging and transport company called ahead for my home delivery. I'm happy with my Gulfstream works well. Thanks Asa.

Very prompt reply to first inquiry. Prompt responses to all follow up questions. Ordering was very easy and straight forward. Cheapest prices I could find as well. Delivery was OK. Heat pump was easy to install and works great!

Very competitive pricing. Asa Strong was extremely knowedgeable about all heat pump brands, their warranties, and where they are manufactured. He was also very knowedgeable about sizing for my pool. He arranged for flawless prompt shipping and followed up with me to ensure the heat pump arrived promptly and with no shipping damage. Very helpful responsive service.

I had an excellent experience with Poolheatpumps.com and saved around $2000 by ordering pump through them and having it installed separately (rather than buying a marked-up pump from an installer). The owner communicated with me regularly on status of my order and advice on inspecting and installing it. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thanks!
