They had what I needed and I got my quote very quickly. Equipment showed up in a timely manner.

Very helpful and patient with my questions for an upgrade of both filter and pump. Highly recommend!!

Asa made the purchase very easy. All it took was a 10min phone conversation. Price was great. Product was delivered within 3 days. It's been three months since we installed it. Works great and it's much quieter than the previous model.

I ordered a pool heat pump the transaction was easy and the unit arrived in great shape and is performing great.

Was very helpful and prompt with my purchase. Tip and Tell was added to the shipping to ensure unit was handled with care. Followed up to make sure I received the unit and was happy with everything.

I am a homeowner who has been managing the construction and purchasing the equipment for my own pool. I found the equipment that i wanted to purchase through my own research, and then found it available for purchase at PoolHeatPumps.com. Prior to ordering the equipment, I spoke with Asa on the phone and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After the purchase i had a few questions about another part that would have allowed the heater to turn on the pool pump (going around the pump timer) and i found that PoolHeatPumps was more helpful in this search than even the Heat Pump Manufacturer. 5 stars and would recommend

Great response, sale and delivery!

Asa had a great knowledge of the products
