Absolutely rubbish! Totally disappointed! I have been waiting for over a month, finally arrived last week which everything was thrown into an envelope, look cheap and everything is made in China, this is the bigger disappointment for me. The worst thing is it doesn't hold the hair at all, no matter tied it in one, by section, high, low, any position, it DOESN'T HOLD THE HAIR AT ALL, even worst than the hair tie I usually use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IT IS APPARENTLY A SCAM!! I would give a minus star if I could! TOTALLY RUBBISH!

I would give it a zero if I could. Have been waiting for over a month. Now my order seems to have arrived in Australia when I live in Europe ... they take your money dont send the product and delete all of the bad comments on their Facebook page ... if you don't believe me go check it out. There is not one bad comment on their page. They delete everything within seconds! Stay away this is worse than any back ally shop on alibaba

Rubbish! Like an idiot I bought 4 so I got one free. I bought the ones for thick hair. Not as easy to do as suggests and when you do get it fixed it still slides down like a bobble would. Absolutely rubbish when I’m running or at the gym, falls out do easily! Massive disappointment!

Not only does this expensive piece of crap NOT work any better than a cheap hair tie, the vendor is rude, overcharges for shipping and the product isn’t even packaged. I received mine which was thrown into an envelope with nothing else. They paid about a buck for postage but charged me nearly $7. The pony-o itself is ridiculous, difficult to use, and does not hold as advertised. You have to use a regular hair tie first in order to get the pony-o around your hair, so what’s the point? Dumb idea. Overpriced scam. I emailed them about it and they did not address my complaint. Their reply was basically (paraphrased) “thanks for the feedback”. Unprofessional.

This should be a 0 because these are absolutely useless for thick hair, complete waste of money!! Tried a couple of the “supposed” XL bands and even the bun thing and they fell out in seconds. If you have fine hair then it’s probably great but having thick, heavy hair this is a useless piece of rubbish.

I bought a pony-o, black and for thick hair. Never received it. They never looked into it. You can't even track the package.

Would rate this 0 if I could. I really wanted this to work & even bought the real deal instead of the knockoffs Amazon sells. I have thick hair, almost waist length. Did not work at ALL. I thought maybe my hair was too heavy so I tried sections & it still just went flat. Extremely disappointed & now out $30 bucks.

Very difficult to get in hair without it looking like crap and does not hold long hair AT ALL! (My hair is thick, straight and length to my waist) It didn't take me long to figure out how to use it but it doesn't work. Fell out of my hair as soon as I started moving, still gives me a headache like regular hair ties. I bought the xl, thin and bar. All of them are crap! Complete waste of money.
