I absolutely love PonyO, it works so well for my fine thin hair, and the best part is,no headaches which I love. It's my go to hair accessory now and I really enjoy it.

Great!!
Ignore the bad reviews people obviously aren't using them correctly- watch the tutorials - pony o stays in all day keeps hair in a high pony and holds well

They do what they promise!
I saw the ad so many times on Facebook and Instagram that I had to buy them! I was not disappointed with the product: it holds my hair perfectly, without tearing them and the pony stays on for hours and looks amazing.
I had to but the large size because my hair are very long and quite thick.
Just 4 stars because they are a bit expensive imo, especially because of the shipping... The shipment took about 3 weeks, which is ok considering that I live in Italy.
In the end, I would totally buy them again.

Pleasantly surprised
I was worried with the reviews here and so I held off buying for a while but finally gave in. I have thick, mildly course Asian hair. I bought the Pony O, Pony O XL, Pony O 2.0 and the Bun bar with their buy 3 free 1 deal. Took about 3 weeks to arrive to Australia.
I actually like them. Since I've watched so many videos via the ads, it was easy to get the hang of it. I must say that the fall of my hair in the high pony style isn't quite the same as the models especially in the half up style, doesn't hold that high and pretty but, they secure well, stay in place and I could go about the day without needing to readjust. I have not done any exercise with them yet. I do have hair that holds a style well and don't have many flyaways.
The pony o's feel well constructed but you can feel there are changes made when you bend them so will be interested to see how long they will last.

I really like pony-o
I really like pony-o! I thought they might be gimmicky but actually they work really well for holding my fine hair in place. Also hair ties tangle and break in my daughters biracial curls - but not pony-O- she’s very comfortable. The bun barz is also easy to use and stays put. I’ve tried a few new styles from their you tube with mixed results but week keep trying.
-1 star for price and shipping costs which are a bit high

Great product
Great product. I've used Pony O with and without extensions and I like the look with both. My hair is heavier with extensions so I found using a traditional hair tie in addition to the pony o works best if I'm sporting it on top of my head. It's worth it to me to use both as the look with pony o is completely different- better.
As a professional photographer I would recommend Pony O. There is nothing worse than trying to photograph someone with flat hair or a droopy pony, especially when you're look is supposed to be glam.
Pony O Hair Accessories are a fun way to next level your ponytail game. I own two and will buy more.

Pleasantly surprised, for now anyway.
So I ordered a pony-0 2.0 and a bar to make my hair into a bun. I ordered them will the full expectation of them to be rubbish but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt as it only came to just over 15 pounds.
A bit of background about my hair. I have fine hair but a lot of it. It's floaty, it's wavy, it's straight, it's textured, it's smooth - it literally doesn't know what it wants to be. It's also quite long and sits just over my bra line.
I struggle with mt hair due to health issues and this was a final "we'll see what happens" before I got the big chop.
I tend to wash my hair and myself or my husband puts it into a pony tail or bun. The problem with this is my hair snaps, it matts (because there are honestly some days I don't have the energy or pain threshold to take it out and do it again) and it just stays like that all of the time aside from a rare occasion of going out for something special.
The pain this caused with headaches though was insane. It didn't matter what kind of hair tie I used, the pain was ridiculous.
Anyway, my 2.0 and bar turned up yesterday. I brushed my hair, stuck it up in the 2.0 and slept with it. It hardly budged and that's the honest truth.
I was sceptical about it holding all of my hair up because it mentions the 2.0 is for sections of hair but here we are - it's holding all of my fine but think hair.
The bar I'm 50/50 on. Did it create a bun? Yes, of sorts. But I'm not sure it will stay up and as secure as the 2.0 on its own due to the extra weight/bulk. However, the bun I managed to do wasn't too bad, I just think I need a little practice or, that my husband will be able to manage it better than my because of pain in my arms and hands.
I've put my 2.0 back in today... No headaches. I didn't have a head ache when I woke either. My hair isn't matted and it wasn't a chore to put my hair back into a ponytail (I have bad dexterity issues and pain for clarity - putting in bands can cause a significant amount of pain for me and/or severe cramping. It hurts. A lot).
The 2.0 hasn't caused that yet. The bar was definitely more fiddly and caused a bit more pain because of scrunching it but again, nothing compared to hair ties.
I've read reviews and I'm honestly surprised by some of the bad ones. In terms of ordering the wrong ones, it does clearly state what is what on the website and what should be used for each type of hair. If they offered free replacements and free shipping to everyone, they'd be out of pocket.
In regard to them breaking too. I'm 50/50 on this argument. Hair ties break and yes you can get bulk for cheap but for me, the damage to the hair and the pain they cause isn't worth it. I've also gone through a pack in a month because of them breaking so I'd expect this to at some point also. If my 2.0 was to break in a month, it would be a shame but I wouldn't be devastated and leaving 1* reviews.
There's also people who have said they've lost out on big bucks... Don't order bulk of a product you haven't tried in the future. It sucks, I've been there, but maybe this is a lesson learned the hard way.
As said, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now and re access in a couple of months.

I had a good experience with Pony-O!
I had a good experience with Pony-O. I actually love their hair holder and I wanna try the BunBarz next. Shipping was a little weird but I ordered during the height of the shutdown and still received my stuff. I think maybe there is some misunderstanding about how the products function and ship. I use my Pony-O for work, as I am a nail tech and need my hair out of my face. My regular elastic was snapping my baby hairs and regular hairs so I switched over and it’s been the jam.
