From 5star to 3.. I'm happy with the original one. But that's also the only one that works. Original = (It's comfortable and doesn't "pull" in the same way as the old school ones. Took pretty long to get it delivered, so have patience. I love when people are thinking outside the box and create something completely different.) Then I ordered the slim one and the bun one, as I normally have my hair in a bun. The slim one just doesn't sit as tight, and just slides down. The bun.. I'm really disappointed with. First of all, if you only want to use pony-o's, it's way to heavy on my head, to first have a normal then the bun, it's just not comfortable. And I can't manage to close the bun.. it just keeps opening up. Trying to make the bun it self a bit bigger with pulling some hair out to make it fluffy, just ends up being big and flat, impossible to get it higher.

I will agree with folks on this site that the hair accessories are expensive. I bought before I read the reviews and was surprised when pony o package finally arrived. The classic pony o worked for me very well and I have long relatively thick hair and it has stayed in all day. Happy perky pony with a cool bling ring!. Please before buying read the fine print on exchange and duties as well as the international return policy. I am giving three stars because the company could have more reasonable prices and be more transparent about their return policies. I will say that the product has worked for me as advertised. Pony o breaks sooner than I wanted. Two pieces (narrow and wide) lasted about 3 month altogether. I like the concept. But I think it should possible to do it better?

The product is ok - it sort of does what it says on the tin, although not as good as it looks in the videos!! However the most annoying thing is that I had to pay an extra customs charge to Royal Mail (on top of the shipping charge) to actually get it delivered. So another £12.80 on top of the £5.75!! Not ok!
