I am an eye doctor and need my hair back all day. The PONY-O is the best invention ever! I have extremely fine, thin hair and it holds without breaking and damaging my fragile hair. Another perk is that it makes my hair look thicker! Blown away by this product and I’m shocked about these negative reviews. They must not be putting it in correctly! I am shocked by what reviews I am reading here... My personal experience with this brand it is a good one...I like the product very much and they have a good costumer service. One of my pony o it was scratched and they send me another one for free. I purchased more...in the end I very much like them,and they do the job ok.

I must say that had I read the reviews on trustpilot before I ordered, then I wouldn’t have ordered at all. I was very sceptical and it took a while for them to arrive but I am positively surprised. The Pony-O fully lives up to the promise that they hold up the hair and doesn’t Fall down. Ordered both normal and XL size as I have normal hair and my daughter has thick hair. Both stay up once in place. But it is important to get it as close to the head as possible before bending it, orherwise it will fall down.

Absolutely love them! Customer service took great care of me when my package was lost due to the post office. Resent my package right away! I will always recommend these and are quite confused at all these people who say they don't work! They must not know how to use them! I have long thick hair and I will never use another hair tie again!

I just received my Pony O and Pony O2 and I love them. I have super fine thin hair and it holds great. I'm always trying to find ponytail holders that won't rip out my hair and Pony O is the ONE that works. I read reviews on here and have no idea why anyone would leave a bad review. Like I said above I have super fine thin hair and it works great. Stays in place. I recommend anyone who has fine thin hair to get a Pony O.

I love my PONY-O! Stays in my hair all day, no matter the size I use. All the people claiming that it doesn't work, just don't know how to use it. There is a learning curve but if you follow step by step and get the correct size, then there is no problem. They are a small business and do what they can so paying for shipping is understandable and I love supporting a woman owned business.
