We clearly declare the return shipping fee in our return policy page, customer should be responsible for the return shipping fee for customer remorse reason. Hi Pauline, We apologize for the inconvenience of your order. We understand that you are not satisfied with the color of the product and want to return it. All you did, including filing a dispute with PayPal and giving a 1-star negative review, was to avoid paying for the return shipping fee and get a full refund for your order. Unfortunately, we cannot do that. It is clearly stated on our return page. "Customer is responsible for the return cost for customer remorse (does not fit or does not like for customer's reason)." We also clarified this after you sent the first unsatisfied email. In addition, you have been saying that there is a huge color difference, but when our customer service asked you to send us photos for confirmation, you never provided such proof. This is our return process. We always do everything we can to satisfy our customers, but we are very sorry that we do not welcome your behavior of not cooperating to provide any evidence and threatening the merchant with filing a dispute and giving a bad review. Finally, we have already given you the return address in the email. Please return the dress according to the address and make sure it is in the new state we sent it to you so that we can process your refund after receiving the goods.
