Second time buying shoes for my son and they are honestly the cutest and he loves them. Also great customer service and pretty fast with replying.

I was really excited to receive these shoes as I herd only great things. When I got them they were a little bigger than expected (even after using the size chart). Hence why I gave it 4 stars. However, after contacting customer service , they said they can get new sizes out to me within 6-10 days! Of the ones that I do have, they feel super soft, were easy to put on (even thought they were an inch too large), and the soles seemed thick enough and of good quality to last a while with a walker. We are excited to get our new sizes to take pictures and update the review!

The Shoe socks are super cute and look very comfortable. Unfortunatly the size was to big, but the great Customer Service helped me super fast. (Only 4 stars because the size doesnt really fit to the age) Cant wait to get the smaller size and try it with my girl.

I’ve received 3 pairs of Pompons for my son and I’ve got to say the quality, the material and everything about them is phenomenal. The only thing is that the sizes run larger than expected (that’s the reason for the 4 stars). I’ve contacted customer service and so far the treatment and reply has been nothing but great and professional. I’m now waiting on my new items to arrive and once received I’ll be updating my review.

I had been eying Pompons for sometime and finally got to try them out. We purchased my 15-month old 3 pairs of Pompons and when they arrived I was very surprised by the quality, styles and color of the items which surpassed my expectations. The shoes are very soft yet seem to be very durable and flexible; and the shoe-socks are of a very high quality material. Their customer service is great - very friendly, responsive and easy to understand. My items had little issue with sizing and upon contacting them they offered me a free “Size Guarantee Service” which is simply wonderful. Thank you for great products & wonderful/respectful customer service!

He realizado el pedido el 22/12 y es verdad que han tardado en llegar, casi 1 mes...tambien he de decir que esperaba mejor calidad de la suela, pero bueno no son para caminar ya que mi bebe de momento gatea y lo usa en la cole para q no se le enfrie los pies. He comprado la talla 6-12 meses y para mi bebe de 10 meses le quedaban grande x lo cual he realizado el cambio.
