I have already purchased many pairs of shoes from Pompons many months ago. Very satisfied with the purchase as the promise of "wearing the most comfortable pair of shoes" did not disappoint. I decided to purchase two new pairs as my grandson has outgrown his first Pompons. I underestimated his size and so it is now just a nice fit and he will surely outgrow them in a month's time, I reckon. I requested for an exchange but I was pleasantly surprised to be told that there is no need to send back the original orders. Instead, a replacement will be coming!
