Beware, there is no warranty on your items. Even if you purchase the 5 year warranty, the warranty covers no stones over 1/5th of a carat. Purchased a gift for Christmas 2025, spent $2700, 7 months later a stone fell out. When we contacted Pompeii they said quote. " OH sorry "

BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T BUY FROM POMPEII... Paid $5000 upfront for a ring was told it woukd be ready in 3 week... Contacted them after the 3rd week and was told ring would ship out in 3 days... Contacted them 3 days later and was told ring was in wax stage... That's the start process to getting ring made... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They offer me errings to make up for their lack of business....What am I going to do with errings... Discount or cancel order... 5 weeks after paying $5000...They canceled my order...Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company!

I love the jewelry I get from Pompeii3. No matter the item big or small it is beautifully crafted. I get compliments on everything I have bought from them.

Great price and wonderful piece! I was anxious about ordering jewelry online - especially when my credit card company's fraud prevention group required I confirm I wanted the charge to go through, but Pompeii3 delivered a great product on time just as they said. I contacted customer service more than once during the time between order and receipt and they responded helpfully each time!

Wonderful tennis bracelet for my anniversary gift, my wife absolutely loves it, it really bursts with color in the light. Would shop here again.

Customer service? Where? Wasn't able to contact anyone. The rings are beautiful. But, the engagement ring was a 6.0 and I ordered a 5.5. The wedding ring was a 5.5 though. And, the engagement ring not only a size 6.0 but it was oblong. Not even round!! AND, 17 of the prongs were set wrong and loose. I ended up paying $800.00 to get the rings fixed and sized. These people are a joke

On July 27th 2026 | purchased a wedding ring for my soon to be husband, the online description stated the delivery would be August 14th which was perfect since my wedding isn't until tomorrow August 22nd. I received several updates for the following two weeks however, on August 14th I received my "fifth update" which is what the subject line read, the update stated they were in the finish polishing and QC phase. I called customer service, the rep was fantastic! He even tried to get my purchase escalated. I received an email response on Tuesday August 18th apologizing for the delay, stating they have an influx of business and if I want a refund to let them know. I see what hundreds of other patrons are complaining about. For them to give a refund it would have taken so many business days when on Tuesday there only four days before my wedding so I would still be in the same predicament. And as you can probably guess, tracking my purchase says that they are still in the polishing and QC phase...i guess it takes weeks for them to polish one ring...ridiculous. If you want honesty initially, this is not the company to purchase from. I can't wait to get everything appraised, it sure better match the certificates I purchased from Pompeii3.
