I admire Dr. Pompa's story and respect that he's gone through many health challenges himself, and am so thankful he formed this program. I have learned excellent detox and diet strategies that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I gave a 3-star because after 7 months into the program, completing many protocols, following my diet to a T, I am still extremely fatigued, weight-loss resistant and have terrible brain fog. BUT, I have yet to get my cavitation surgery in a few months and complete the 2-month cavitation protocol following the surgery. If surgery is a success, and my symptoms start to diminish, I will give the program a 5-star. One area that I felt disappointed in was my health coach. Although she was friendly, I felt many of my questions were not read thoroughly, which resulted in her not accurately answering many of my questions. Also, several questions that I asked during business days/hours weren't responded to within 24 hours (as promised during my initial call with her). I can think of one time where she went above and beyond in answering one of my questions which was appreciated, but I remember feeling frustrated with half-answers to many of my questions. I had considered using her again when I get my cavitation surgery, but decided that her level of service does not match the amount I was asked to pay to use her for a month or two, so I decided against using her again. Also, I later learned that my health coach never added me to the Advanced Strategies FB group, which could have really benefitted me since I'll be getting the cavitation surgery. So, I paid for that FB group that I was never able to utilize. That's not right. Otherwise, the Pompa Support FB group was great. I loved the community support, and I felt like the moderators on the FB group were always very helpful. One other area where I believe could use improvement, is to give potential clients more transparency during the initial consultation call. During my initial call, I felt pressured to sign up "right now." I was given an amount that would cover my supplements and a health coach for 5 months, but was given very vague detail about how much more money I would need to spend throughout the remainder of the program after I asked. I understand there's not a specific amount since each person's program will vary based on symptoms, but it will help potential clients budget their money and make an informed decision. I believe if there was more transparency, that might scare less people off from wanting to sign up. Overall, I think Dr. Pompa is amazing and believe he will be greatly blessed for helping many people in need! I am looking forward to my cavitation surgery and am hoping to start seeing positive results.

My husband and I did the Pompa Program together. We both had two years of 10+ days in the hospital from Covid and we both agreed that this year there would be a good chance one or both of us wouldn't make it through it a third time. Determination to stick with it was key, but from the beginning, there was no hard core pressure to buy in. We had a great coach, Chris Lewis who met with us each month and offered suggestions, gave recommendations and answered all of our questions. We just completed the program, we feel much better than we started. Although weight loss was not the reason we did the program, my husband dropped 30lbs and I dropped 20lbs.

I have been very blessed because of this very well designed and orchestrated program. All the calls received from the leadership individuals were extremely helpful. These individual's also made it possible to follow the instructions even when I became worried about keeping up. I kept following the program exactly until the Brain Phase as I was involved in different medical testing. I’m proud of how much better I feel now and will do the Brain Phrase soon. Shout-outs to Dr Pompa and all his special team members that assisted me on this journey. I am planning on scheduling with a Pompa Coach every other month, then every 2 months, then a couple times a year. Thanks to all those who helped me on this amazing journey! I’m living my life so much better now!

I'm so happy that I decided to give the Pompa Program a try, I have suffered my entire life with unexplainable inflammation in my body that resulted in auto-immune diseases and chronic UTI's. After almost dying from a really bad UTI in 2020 I knew I needed to look for answers beyond what my doctors were telling me. Six months after starting the Pompa Program the inflammation in my body has subsided and my entire body feels so much stronger and healthier and I'm able to do the things I love! Health equals freedom, give this program a try, you won't regret it!

My first coach was kind though not very proactive in guiding or giving instructions or alternatives for nutrition- being a vegan. It wound up she quit and moved on to another job without notification until I was to have another coaching session. This is the main reason for not 5 stars. My last 2 coaching sessions with Tyler were more informative than the 3 I had prior. He gave me direction for products to help me with sleep and directions for tincture products that I could try to help with better gut breakdown instead of supplements- difficult to purchase more because I had already spent so much money on the others. It is A LOT of supplements on a stomach that doesn’t have normal motility:/ Additionally The timeframes for supplements to be taken was pretty difficult for someone who works for a busy hospital to keep consistent and for gut discomfort from the capsules. Sadly I feel I wasn’t very successful because of that- I’m unsure if I really got any benefit. I believe it is a good program and Tyler was spectacular. Unfortunately I feel it wasn’t for me because I couldn’t keep up with the supplements and timeframes and it costing what it did to not get benefits. Other than the 1st few coaching sessions the videos and written documents were informative.

I had a great learning experience enrolling in Dr. Pompa's program and working with Dr. Olivia Pompa. It's been a year and I'm continuing with the program. I can say that I have finally improved my slow thyroid function and my digestions issues. I am following the recommended diet among with the supplements and fasting lifestyle. Since January I did twice three days (water/coffee) fasting, one 5 day water, coffee fasting and it seams so easy now to do 36h whenever I want. I want to thank Olivia for this journey! Very grateful!

I enjoyed the Pompa program videos. Although much of a review, I really appreciated how thorough the content was and yet it’s simplicity to understand. The Q&A with his son was probably the most beneficial. Overall great experience. I enjoyed my coach too. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 simply for cost factor and how the content was delivered. I’ve had some really great programs with excellent delivery so that was my only thing I compared it too

This Programs ad came when I was having great anxiety, and the words Pituitary and Adrenals spoke to me as well. I have just graduated and am feeling very good and intend to continue doing on cycles. My coach was very helpful and answered my texts in between calls. My only negative is the contradictory information from one post to another. This kept me questioning what to do. My blood work looks GREAT and I am very pleased overall. I am 71 and questioned spending this amount of $$$, but money well spent. I am back to living! Thank you.
