What is Pompa program like?
Overall, the program (we stuck to it completely) did help us feel more healthy and gain more knowledge and improved habits. We thought we would get through the Brain program with support (2 parts to program), but we did not as we ran over the "date" from the initial set up time frame (set up issues, phone calls..) Our support coach was great & we could just text back and forth. There was a lack of communication lines between coaches and set up person. The information was plentiful, but count on a lot of personal research time, and time to plan, shop, cook, & organize all you supplements, materials, and foods. For instance I had to figure out how to adapt the program to my work schedule, prep & pack foods, learn about new grains & how to use alternatives, and get & organize supplements and other suggested items ( I got a huge color coded pill box & got a keto meter). The plan includes avoiding bad oils, eating plant based and part Keto, eating organic, eating 3 times a day, taking particular supplements, and fasting option. They support you through challenges in those areas. Once your plan time ends, you have to pay for continued access to facebook (where a lot of questions are asked) and do not have full access to resources (as I expected). Also the supplements are costly even with a discount. Unfortunately, I never did get the benefits of the brain program which was the reason I signed up, before running out of time. It was costly, so no more funds to put into it, and therefore a bit of a disappointment. I would imagine that for someone who is in an unhealthy state/ has complications (we did not) it would be a Good program to learn and get better health habits started, but plan on needing more money, signing up for a longevity plan, and needing more time out of your days.
