Returns must be shipped to Germany and USPS won't allow batteries
I ordered ONE Poliglu translator priced at $80/each on December 21, 2024 and received F0UR Enence Translators listed at $89/each on December 28, 2024. When I requested a refund I was informed that I was required to ship the translators to Germany! The four translators were shipped to me from New York. I estimate that the cost to ship four translators to Germany will be at least $40! After reading several reviews I became aware that the default order is FOUR units and Poliglu doesn't send order confirmations and refuses to change the order when customers become aware of this order discrepancy. I also discovered that USPS won't ship orders to Europe that contain batteries. By the time you figure this out the 30 day warranty has run out. Poliglu contacted me on December 31 and agreed to refund my purchase price. When I checked my credit card company on January 3 the refund had already been deposited in my account. I didn't have to ship the unwanted product.
