i just placed my order for the translator, and don't know whether it works or not until i have it. Please email confirm my order placed is successful as you have deducted money from my credit card. You can ask question later until I have received the translator.

Have been trying to resolve the situation with the loud chirping on my device. I was even contacted by someone named Joan who initially offered 50% return to my credit but I refused. I did agree to a replacement for which there has been none. It’s useless to try and contact the numbers that are provided on the website because no one answers. I ordered this item in good faith and have received worthless customer support. It is shocking that this company is allowed to conduct business like this. This has been going on since December 2024. I am now insisting that I receive a full refund asap

Seit über einen Monat versuche ich vom Rückgaberecht Gebrauch zu machen. X emails bekommt man, aber kein Recht zur Rückgabe. Schon nach 2 Tagen wollte ich es zurückschicken, aber keine Antwort. Immer wieder heißt es, warten, es sind so viele Emails zu bearbeiten, was mich bei so einem nicht einsetzbaren Übersetzer nicht wundert. Lautstärke lässt sich nicht einstellen und immer wieder laute Geräusche. Man muss sich nur ärgern. Kann allen nur raten, bestellt nicht bei Poliglu. Es sind alles nur leere Versprechen. Habe den Übersetzer Ende Dez. bekommen und seitdem versuche ich es wieder los zu werden. Man wird nur belogen. Bis heute konnte ich es nicht zurücksenden. Katharina
