Possible scam
I wanted to order one unit to see how it worked. When I got to the page that said “place order”, the page showed an order for five units, and a cost of $265! I did not press the “place order” button, and tried to go back, or find a way to correct the order. This could not be done. I called customer service immediately and told them to cancel my order since it was incorrect. The foreign person I talked to said the order was already sent to the warehouse and couldn’t be cancelled. I found this hard to believe, but when I checked my credit card account, the charge had already gone through. The representative said I would be assigned someone to deal with my issue, but I have not seen anything yet. If I ever receive this order, I am sure the company will not pay for return postage, even though I told them to cancel the order, and not send it. It may be too early to say that this company is crooked, but so far everything that has happened points in that direction. I have no idea if this product does what they claim, but the way they operate their business is completely different than what we would expect from a US company! Be aware! As an update to the above, I received the five units on 12/12/22. After an hour trying get Customer Service to answer the phone, I got a return authorization. I mailed the units back ( to Lithuania) at a cost of $45.14. The agent I had talked to did not offer to pay for the return even though the whole problem was the fault of a very poor, if not crooked, ordering system. If you have a problem with this company, don’t even bother to try and get through to Customer Service. It is staffed by a service with foreign agents who are very pleasant, but with little, or no, authority to help with anything. Don’t try to email them either. I tried at least six times only to push the “Send” button, but get no feedback as to whether it was ever sent. So far the only way I have ever gotten a response is by posting on this website! Maybe they will get back to me saying they are sorry, and will pay for my shipping costs. I’m holding my breath!!

Tot op heden nog niet ontvangen. Maar geen probleem tot nu toe. De track en trace werkt goed. En zij beantwoorden mijn mail nagenoeg per omgaande.
Enige wat mij bevreemd is dat het een bedrijf is uit Litouwer die laat betalen via een bank in Amsterdam die verwijst naar Stockholm?
het product word verzonden vanuit China dus ben benieuwd wat het eindresultaat is. Voorlopig heb ik er nog vertrouwen in.

That Tool is very Bad, that i need my Phone to work.
When i am im Holiday i have no Internet, Rooming, so it dont work!

I bought 3 items getting ready to…
I bought 3 items getting ready to travel. My mom past away and we canceled the trip. I asked to return the items as it was still within time allowed to return for a refund. They started to communicate as normal but after 2 responses completely stopped responding. I was checking my junk and every other folder - nothing from them. They behave as Con people. Nice when talking but don’t expect to receive a refund as they originally promised. Conclusion: they are scam so unless you want to loose your hard earned money don’t buy!
Additional information:
Kimberly replied twice after original request to return and she asked same questions you are asking me now again. She said she will be back to provide a return address which never materialised. Now in your response to my feedback you asking same questions so I don’t have high hopes…
