Impatiente d'utiliser Poliglu que j'ai acheté pour Noël. Il s'avère que je n'arrive pas à le faire fonctionner. Je l'appert avec mon téléphone jusque là ça va, mais il ne demande jamais la langue souhaitée, il ne se passe rien. De plus je ne trouve pas d'adresse pour le retour du produit. J'avoue que je suis déçue.

I ordered the product before Christmas as a present for my son and my translator has been out for delivery since 19th December. Extremely disappointing and now having read the reviews, and the fact it needs Bluetooth to work I will be asking for a full refund. Update 3rd January. Poliglu I have sent numerous emails chasing my order and I get a standard reply saying it has been dispatched. This is very poor customer service. Please can you arrange a refund immediately. My order reference is #m2egxn Thanks Perry Update 7th January. Despite asking for a full refund as I have still note received my order. I have now received the following email from Poliglu. As the parcel has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order. Any returns at this point are considered standard returns, where our 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs of $10 per shipment apply. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will issue you a refund minus the fees outlined. We would be happy to offer you: Warranty - $13.99 FREE Our warranty service offers 100% replacement if your device is defective, physically damaged, has issues with internal components, or has charging issues within 3 years from the date of delivery. 15% partial refund for the whole order - 13.35 GBP Please let me know how you’d like to proceed. POLIGLU PLEASE REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY! UPDATE 17.01.23 Despite repeated emails, I still have not received my Poliglu translator and have not received any refund. I have had no replies to my last emails sent over a week ago. On reading the reviews Poliglu send them same reply asking for email or order number. I have provided this information and still not received my item or refund.. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Update 18/01/23 I received the same generic reply on this post from Poliglu asking for my order information which I have repeatedly provided. Please advise me when I will receive my refund.

I bought this product on the assumption that it was a stand alone instrument only to find that it has to be connected to the bluetooth on your phone in order to work. My Google translator on my phone works better than this. There are places I go that I do not have internet service and that is why I bought it. It is indeed a scam product. Now I find I have to ship the product back to Europe in order to get a refund. It costs more to ship it than it cost originally. Not a good product and a worse scam in letting people think it is a stand alone product without telling them the facts. A SCAM to be sure.

Late arrival and damaged in transit. After a troubled start, probably due to high demand on the lead up to Christmas the Customer service team sorted all the problems out and have since Christmas been extremely helpful is sorting things out and bringing a satisfactory conclusion to our purchase.
