Everyone I have talked to in the customer service is live!!! Actual humans and no some AI or automated answer!!! They are helpful and quick with responses!!! Every company out there should take note this is how you do customer service!

The chiller is so loud, the pump runs constantly at 70 decibels. I have it outside on my porch and I hear the loud high pitched humming inside the house at all times. The website says 40 - 45 decibels but this is not true. They told me 70 is in the normal range and now I’m stuck with a loud chiller that makes noise 24/7.

I have been thrilled with my purchase of the cold plunge! Doing this regularly has really improved myself mentally and physically. There are so many benefits to it. Polar dive has been a great company to purchase from. I had a minor issue with the tub and they were super fast and responsive to correct it. I highly recommend the company and their products to everyone.

This is a revision to my original review. I've had the Polar Dive Max for a couple of months. There was a problem when it arrived because it came with the wrong valves. I contacted customer service, who was responsive to my issue, but kept sending me valves that didn't work with the Polar Dive Max. I ended up going to a hardware store and buying a couple of pieces to rig it together so I could use the Polar Dive Max. After my original review, Max, the COO reached out to me to make things right. We had a good chat and he informed that I was one of the first people to experience a problem with the correct valves not being sent with their purchase. He also ensured me that his customer service team met and the training issue has also been corrected. As far as the Polar Dive Max goes, it performs as expected and I haven't had any issues with the chiller or tub. I enjoy using it and would recommend anyone looking for a cold plunge to strongly consider Polar Dive.

We have only owned the polar max a few months but my husband loves it. Easy set up and When I needed assistance on it and called them, they called me right back and assisted me. It has only Been a few months but so far we are very happy.
