I am so very happy with my polar dive USA, plunge tank and chiller. It has been a game changer for me to have access to cold water every day of the year. The polar dive unit was so easy to set up and it has run seamlessly. Customer service is exceptional too. Thank you!

I recently received my Polar Dive Max. There was a different configuration I needed to setup my plunge in the best place for me. I reached out via email to the company and quickly received a response with an easy solution. All of this process was 10 mins. THANK YOU JUNE and the Polar Plunge Team.

Horrible company, Run. Chilker broke its inly been a month instead if hinkring tbeir warranty and replaceing they unit they just bat me around customer service making it look like they care. Spend more there a tesson this is cheap its a cheap product.

I’m really happy with my Polar Dive Pro! The quality is excellent, and I’m excited to have a cold plunge right at home. It’s a great addition to my daily routine and makes it easy to prioritize recovery and wellness without having to go anywhere. Definitely a great investment, and I’m looking forward to getting plenty of use out of it. Highly recommend!

I'm giving a four star rating for the service I received today, not bc I think that polar dive has great customer service. Ever since I purchased my cold plunge from them, I've had the worst customer service and I wished I never purchased from them. But today after Ava, their AI support, has been trying to help me since yesterday and partly this morning , a gentleman named Tyrell Adams gave me a call and he provided me with step by step instructions to remedy my problem. It only took about 5 minutes to fix the chiller! Thanks to Tyrell!! My issue with polar dive's customer service is they knew I've been having a problems with my chiller bc they sent me an email saying someone from customer service named Celia was going to give me a call. I didn't hold my breath for that one bc I knew they weren't going to call me back. Even after spending so much time with AVA, she transferred me to their voicemail and I left a message and no call back. It just feels like they do not want to deal with frustrated customers bc they have a shitty chiller that craps out on you often enough. I always get help from Ava who is actually more helpful than the people that work there, minus Tyrell of course. Imagine they rather put customers through a frustrating experience and making them wait for a day and half to only fix an issue that actually was resolved in 5 minutes.

Do NOT buy from Polar Dive USA. I purchased a cold plunge tub and chiller 6 months ago. The chiller has been defective from day one, and the tub arrived with terrible seam construction that is now actively leaking air. On top of that, the hose connections are stripped and completely seized. I have spent 5 straight months attempting to resolve this through their customer support. Despite being well within the advertised 2-Year Warranty, they refuse to fix or replace the non-functioning chiller and are attempting to force an out-of-pocket payment of $218 just to replace a manufacturing-defective tub. Polar Dive (operating under A&M Capital LLC in Boca Raton, FL) currently holds an F rating with the BBB for a reason. They white-label cheap imported products without stocking repair parts or providing legitimate warranty support. Current Status: 5 months of emails, $0 resolution, completely broken equipment, and zero accountability. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind their products.

My first cold plunge was a $60 cheapie from Amazon. My next system was about $1500 with the 1/2 hp chiller and insulated wrap, cover, & mat. It was solid, but the chiller wasn’t app controlled. The Polar Dive Pro tub & Pro Chiller are next level AND less expensive than the system I’ve been using the past 2+ years. I’m thrilled with the quality of this one.

New to the “pro” cold plunge! 🥶❄️ I’ve always been an “ice in the bathtub” kind of person, so I wasn’t sure what to expect with my first real cold plunge. I can tell you firsthand — this is SO much better! Between training, and shift work, finding time for recovery can be tough. Having my Polar Dive makes it so much easier to get a quality plunge in without having to spend time constantly buying and dumping bags of ice. It’s quickly becoming part of my routine. 💪🏼 I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to the customer service. They have been absolutely out of this world — fast, patient, helpful, and willing to answer every question and concern I’ve had so far. Thank you, Polar Dive, for helping make recovery a little easier! 🥶💪🏼
