PokerChips.comReviews of pokerchips.com

I've made a bunch of purchases with them now and everytime has been a pleasure. This last one, I wasn't to happy about how they came out and they went over and above to make it right and get me new ones within days! Appreciate the hard work as always, and look forward to getting more!

I've been ordering from PokerChips.com for the last four years for our annual poker run, and they never disappoint! The quality of the poker chips is outstanding—durable, vibrant, and always a hit at our events - I drill little holes in each chip and turn them into keychains. But what really sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. Every interaction has been smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers great products and top-notch service year after year. Highly recommend!

Great quality custom poker chips produced and shipped FAST! I wanted these for business cards as I live in Las Vegas. They are great quality and it only took a week from ordering to receiving. Excellent customer service and communication, I will definitely be using again and recommending. Thank you!

Placed an order for custom chips for my Mom's birthday. The final chips are really nice, look cool, and I got them within two weeks. There actually was a small defect on some of the chips... I emailed them a pic and within hours they had acknowledged the mistake and told me they would get replacements out ASAP. They rushed the corrected order out to me and I had it a week before my deadline. Mistakes happen. Quality businesses own up to those mistakes and make it right. This is one of those businesses.

I've ordered several sets of chips from PokerChips.com and have been extremely impressed every single time. The quality of the chips is top-notch, and their customer service is truly exceptional. On one particular order, I had accidentally failed to save the back design before checking out. Technically, the order was correct as placed, and I had already approved it. But instead of just processing it and sending me blank-backed chips, the team at PokerChips.com actually reached out to me directly to ask if that was really what I intended. They went out of their way to help me fix *my* mistake — something they had no obligation to do. What company does that these days? Most would just take the order and move on. PokerChips.com chose to go the extra mile, proving they truly care about their customers and the products they deliver. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

My family and I ordered some custom poker chips for my grandmother's funeral coming up soon. The people at Pokerchips.com were very hospitable and accommodating to us. Mike was great at communicating back to me throughout the process and we were able to get our order on time. The quality is just how we imagined it! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much Mike and Pokerchips.com. My family and I will remember this forever!

They did an awesome job with my design. Cannot recommend enough!

Incredible service! I ordered custom chips late night (maybe around 10pm EST) on 12/12/2024, chips were at UPS in the afternoon on 12/13/2024! Less than a day, they had them printed, packed, and shipped! I just got them today 12/16/2024. The chips are exactly what I wanted. I had complex artwork with shadows, gradients, and some really fine details that I thought wouldn't come out in the final print, but they did and they look amazing. Oh, and they were the cheapest I could find on top of being the best. I am extremely impressed. I will never have chips made anywhere else. I'm already designing another set, this could be bad for me.
