Why you guys haven’t create a better system for Pokémon products TCG release. If you can only used ID & scan your face for future purchases. All the bots are taking everything leaving all your real fans without any product at all. A lot of kids are not gonna grow up playing with trading cars anymore. A lot of parents can’t afford a scalper prices. Thats a whole generation that’s not gonna care about Pokémon trading cards. This frustration it’s massive for many families. You guys are making mad money now but the worst reputation ever. Hopefully this attempt reaches the right person for this matter.

Bots ruin the whole buying experience on this website and they do nothing to combat it. Constantly seeing botters bragging on social media about getting multiple orders. ADD GOVERNMENT ID JUST LIKE JAPAN DID

As usual, shit website during a drop. Booted me out during checkout. Started my queue again at 3 hours long and shortly after the ETB sold out. What's the point

Also ganz ehrlich. Biste Deutsch biste gef...

I ordered a cookie jar and received a plushie. They messed up my order and been trying to reach someone at customer service, and it is nearly impossible to reach someone. It goes from being in 15mins of waiting and abruptly to 3 days.

The Pokemon Center has horrific customer service, because they can. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and require customers to jump through endless hoops to potentially reach a resolution. In my case, they forgot to include an item in my order and refused to help because I couldn't contact them directly from the email I used to place my order as it was no longer being used. Even though I provided multiple forms of proof that it was me. They simply do not care. Use extreme caution when ordering from them, because if something goes wrong with your order and you're unable to follow their rigid steps exactly the way they want you too, you're out of luck.

Terrible company now! I will no longer be buying Pokemon cards for any of my family members. Scalping is out of control and if you try to use the pokemoncenter website, it’ll stick you in a 30hr queue. To make it worse, you can’t hold your queue spot on an iPhone because their website keeps doing a captcha check every 5 minutes and moves you to dead last in the queue once it’s done. It’s funny cause I was on their site originally 20 minutes before any stock notification went out to any discord channel and was STILL already forced into an 8hr queue before it reset so many times because of captcha forcing it to 30+hrs. They should be ashamed. Congrats, Pokemon cards are now for grown men in their parents basement.
